t the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for temporary
placement of signs on City right-of-way on the south side of
University Avenue at its intersection with Wallgate; the north
r= side of University Avenue at its intersection with Magnolia
rr n Parkway; and the west side of Ansborough Avenue at its
• intersection with Janney Avenue.

c3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Falls Road Drug for temporary
placement of signs on City right-of-way on the south side of
University Avenue at its intersection with Wallgate; the north
• side of University Avenue at its intersection with Magnolia
Parkway; and the west side of Ansborough Avenue at its
n intersection with Janney Avenue in conjunction with Ansborough
o Avenue, IX-6615(7) --79-07 , be and the same is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City be held harmless
from any and all situations that may arise due to the placement
of said signs on City right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1989.
