n FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 3094.

WHEREAS, Fred Carlson Company isperforming p y work within the
N City limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with

(AWHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the

ro • 0 Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094; and

f WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
• variance to conduct sawing operations as required in conjunction
with the paving of the above project.
O c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Fred Carlson Company
• for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, be and the
