-' H r BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
T c that the contract of Youngblut Contracting, Inc. of Washburn,
Iowa, for the FY 1989 Easton Avenue Bridge Repairs, Contract No.
371, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk as of
the 14th day of August, 1989, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
r; ; United Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1989.
