RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF TOM DOLAN
CONCRETE CONTRACTOR OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE FY 1990
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM--ZONE 1, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 380 .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
4`-' that the contract of Tom Dolan Concrete Contractor of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the FY 1990 Sidewalk Repair Program--Zone 1, Contract
No. 380, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk as
of the 14th day of August, 1989, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1989.
