�\ WITH CYCLONE STEEPLE JACKS, INC. AND DIRECTING
c EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
` BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Asbestos Removal Contract A-89(A) dated August 14, 1989,
;, for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604( 2) --79-07, by and between
Cyclone Steeple Jacks, Inc. of Nevada, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
CzHr7 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1989.
