RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR A PROPOSED
WAL-MART STORE AS AUGUST 28, 1989, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 28th day of August, 1989, for
the purpose of considering a site plan for a proposed Wal-Mart
Store to be located on the south side of Flammang Drive and along
the east side of Alexandra Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989.
