WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the llth day of September, 1989,
for thepurpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Covenant Medical Center to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District to "R-3" Multiple Family Residence District
o all of the lots on the south side of Acadia Street and legally
k described as follows:

Lots 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 , 44, 45 and 46 in Sunset Hills,
Waterloo Black Hawk County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
courier.
