RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE FOR WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY
WATERLOO WATER WORKS FOR HACKETT ROAD BYPASS,
IX-6585( 7 ) --79-07 , AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Water Works of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Hackett Road
Bypass, IX-6585 (7) --79-07 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of
Agreement Work be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989.
