RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY OF CEDAR FALLS FOR JOINT PURCHASE OF ROADWAY
DE-ICING SALT FOR 1989/1990 WINTER SEASON AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated August 21, 1989, for the
joint purchase of roadway de-icing salt for 1989/1990 Winter
Season, by and between the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989.
