o n E WHEREAS, on this 21st day of August, 1989, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
preliminary plat of Crossroads Plat No. 3 , Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
H e -to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Department; and

< ''' WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
w should receive approval of this Council.

n NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
E� CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Crossroads
Plat No. 3, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
c hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
