RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
FOR GROUP 1 AND GROUP 2 FOR SHAULIS ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION, IX-6470( 3 ) --79-07, WITH JONES APPRAISAL
SERVICE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Appraisal Services for Group 1 and Group 2
dated August 21, 1989, for Shaulis Road Reconstruction,
IX-6470( 3) --79-07, by and between Jones Appraisal Service of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989.
