RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK
COUNTY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE NORTH ELK RUN ROAD PAVING
PROJECT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated August 21, 1989, for the North Elk
Run Road Paving Project, by and between Black Hawk County and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989.
