RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH GERALD SCHOENFELDER
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 21, 1989, for an easement for
property lying north of and adjacent to Murphy Road to provide
storm water drainage, by and between Gerald P. Schoenfelder of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989.
