RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT WORK AS TO WORK AND
MATERIALS FURNISHED BY WESTMARC CABLE GROUP FOR
HACKETT ROAD BYPASS, IX-6585 ( 7) --79-07, AND ACCEPTING
THE WORK.
WHEREAS, WestMarc Cable Group of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo,materials and performed labor in connection with furnished Hackett certain HackettBypass, IX-6585( 7) --79-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of
Agreement Work be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 1989.
