NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to publish and set a date of Public Hearing
September 5, 1989 to sell said real estate to Rose Properties,
Inc. for $11,500. 00 .
