RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR RENOVATION OF
THE FIRST FLOOR OF CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Clerk/Auditor, to prepare and file specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the Renovation of the First Floor of City Hall,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk/Auditor has filed said
specifications, form of contract and

costs, etc. , and the Council of the City preliminary
Waterloo,
Iowaa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
.., preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 1989.
