4• n _ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

r� that the Agreement dated September 5, 1989, for transfer of
jurisdiction of Iowa Highway 57 (Broadway Street) from U.S.
Highway 63 to Relocated U.S. 218, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
stand the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
