c H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 5, 1989, for the installation
and maintenance of underground wiring, poles and fixtures for the
La placement of six ( 6) ornamental street lights in Highland Park,
by and between Highland Neighborhood Association, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1989.
