BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the FY 1989 Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer
Improvements--Phase 2 , Division 1 and Division 3 , Contract No.
373, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 5th
day of September, 1989, together with the accompanying bond for
$ the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Co. (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1989.
