aJ ? BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Appraisal Contract dated September 5, 1989, for
, appraisal of land formerly known as Shadow Wood, located on
Pleasant Valley Drive and Letsch Street, by and between Appraisal
Associates Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1989.
