� tt RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL AND
o PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR_
> v BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 5 , 1989, for railroad crossing
improvements at East Fourth Street, between Dane Street and
Sumner Street, by and between the Chicago Central and Pacific
"' Railroad Company, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1989.
