RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR EXTERIOR
RENOVATION OF FORMER WATERLOO EAST SIDE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Architect, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the exterior
renovation of the former Waterloo East Side Library, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Architects have filed said specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1989.
