RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR EXTERIOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FORMER EAST SIDE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Planning and Development Director of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the exterior improvements to the former East Side
Library, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Planning and Development Director did file
said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
exterior improvements to the former East Side Library, which were
preliminarily approved on September 5, 1989; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 18, 1989, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the exterior improvements to the
former East Side Library, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1989 .
