RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR RENOVATION OF
THE FIRST FLOOR OF CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Clerk/Auditor of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
renovation of the first floor of City Hall, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Clerk/Auditor did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the renovation of the
first floor of City Hall, which were preliminarily approved on
August 28, 1989; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 18, 1989, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the renovation of the first floor
of City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1989.
