RESOLUTION NO. 1989-496
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE WATERLOO WATER WORKS CURRENT BUDGET FOR
THE CALENDAR YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31 , 1989 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that:
Section i. Following notice published on September 8 , 1989, and the
' publid hearing held on September 18 , 1989, the Waterloo Water Works
current budget is amended as set out herein and in detail that supports
this resolution which was considered at that hearing:

Reason: The Waterloo Water Works Board selected the $1 ,600 ,000 Elk Run
Road Water Main Project over the smaller $600 ,000 water main
_ project to obtain adequate water quantity and pressure for
existing and proposed water users in the northeast Industrial
area of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1989.
