asCD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
ar shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 9th day of October, 1989, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
c: and convey the southerly four ( 4) feet of Wellington Court owned
by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to Johnson' s Bakery, and legally
described as follows:
t - ' The southwesterly four ( 4) feet of Wellington Court lying
s northwesterly of West Fifth Street and Southeasterly of a
k line described as follows: beginning at a point on the
Northeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 5, Millers Addition to
,-+ Waterloo that is 129. 9 feet Northwesterly of West Fifth
d >4 Street; thence easterly to a point described as being five
(5) feet Southeasterly of the beginning point, as measured
along the southwest line of Wellington Court, and four ( 4)
feet Northeasterly of the southwest line of Wellington
Court, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $1,117. 60, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1989.
