BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
r shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of October, 1989, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Lewis
Systems of Iowa, Inc. to vacate a City sidewalk in the vicinity
of West Parker and David Streets, and legally described as
follows:
139 feet of sidewalk along the easterly side of 505 West
Parker Street, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
se, " County, Iowa.

Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1989.
