RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF ASSESSMENTS
UNDER CERTIFICATE NO. 94-0358-00-128-01-0 FOR REAL
ESTATE TAXES ASSESSED AGAINST LOT NO. 12, BLOCK NO. 8,
HAGERMAN PLACE, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling the real estate taxes under Certificate
No. 94-0358-00-128-01-0, in the amount of $28. 00 , for property
legally described as follows:
The West 22 feet, Lot No. 12, Block No. 8, Hagerman Place,
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa (Parcel No.
94-0358-00-128-01-0) .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the real estate taxes assessed in
the amount of $28. 00, be and the same are hereby cancelled, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Treasurer of the
cancellation of Certificate No. 94-0358-00-128-01-0, for real
estate taxes in the amount of $28. 00 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1989 .
