RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF CHARLES
HEENE TO REZONE FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT TO "R-1" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
APPROXIMATELY 0.81 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED AT
3232 OSAGE AVENUE, AS FEBRUARY 15, 2010, AT
5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY
HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of February, 2010,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Charles Heene to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-1"
Residential District approximately 0.81 acres generally located
at 3232 Osage Avenue, and legally described as follows:
Unplatted Waterloo East Northeast Northwest Section 33
Township 89 Range 12 (Except Parcel "B" of Plat of
Survey 338 miscellaneous 460 being that part of the
Northeast Northwest Section 33 Township 89 Range 12
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northeast
Northwest thence South 1028153" East 1324.54 feet to
the Southeast corner of said Northeast Northwest thence
North 89057125" West 320.10 feet along the South line
of said Northeast Northwest thence Northwest 797.16
feet thence North 2203124" West 568.68 feet to the
North line of said Northeast Northwest thence North 900
East 504.63 feet along said North line to the point of
beginning), all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
