RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF DIABLO' S RESTAURANT FOR
TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF SIGNS ON CITY-RIGHT-OF-WAY ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE, WEST OF THE
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND FALLS AVENUE INTERSECTION AND ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE, EAST OF THE
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND FALLS AVENUE INTERSECTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ANSBOROUGH AVENUE PROJECT,
IX-6615(7 ) --79-07 .
WHEREAS, Diablo' s Restaurant has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for temporary
placement of signs on City right-of-way on the south side of
University Avenue, west of the University Avenue and Falls Avenue
intersection and on the north side of University Avenue, east of
the University Avenue and Falls Avenue intersection in
conjunction with the Ansborough Avenue Project,
[ IX-6615( 7) --79-07, be and the same is hereby approved.
