RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF DON
GARDNER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE FIRST FLOOR OF CITY HALL IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Don Gardner Construction Company of
Waterloo, Iowa,- for the renovation of the first floor of City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 25th
day of September, 1989, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989.
