I - '1, CA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
y that the Asbestos Removal Contract B-89(A) dated September 25,
c 1989, for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604( 2) --79-07, by and
between Cyclone Steeple Jacks, Inc. of Nevada, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989.
