RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT "B-89(D) " WITH
DILLEY EXCAVATING IN CONJUNCTION WITH SIXTH STREET
EXTENSION, IX-6604( 2) -79-07, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract "B-89(D) " dated September 25, 1989,
for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604 ( 2) -79-07, by and between
Dilley Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989 .
