RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO PERFORM WORK WITHIN
STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within State Highway
Right-of-Way dated September 25, 1989, for Comfort Inn, 1945
LaPorte Road, to construct an outlet from their storm water
detention facility into the right-of-way of Interstate 380
adjacent to the site, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1989 .
