RESOLUTION APPROVING OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Occupancy Agreement dated September 25, 1989, to occupy
space in the basement of City Hall for use as office, by and
between the Public Employees Credit Union of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
