RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY AS THE RESPONSIBLE PARTYFOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE U.S. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION (EDA) GRANT FUNDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION
OF NORTH ELK RUN ROAD.
of WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and Black Hawk County,
Iowa, have made a pp
joint application to the U.S. Economic
r,, Development Administration for financial assistance to
Lz reconstruct two ( 2) miles of North Elk Run Road, and

WHEREAS, the County desires and the City agrees to
administer the Economic Development Administration
behalf of both p grant funds on
parties.
?-) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City of Waterloo will be
responsible for the administration of the North Elk Run Road
Economic Development grant funds.
