BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:

e Section 1 , That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
-e- shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 16th day of October, 1989, for the
1--- purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
c portion of Murphy Road as public street but retain as City-owned
property, and legally described as follows:

Murphy Road from the east line of Bobolink Drive to the west
line of Hess Road, with the City' s retention of a permanent

t-.7 easement over, under and above said property for storm water
drainage and Iowa Public Service electrical lines, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

Waterloo Courier.
