co H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
i that the Utility Agreement dated October 2, 1989, for Relocated
U.S. Highway 218, IX-218-7( 60 ) --3P-07, for reconstruction of a

r,3 - 21" sanitary sewer from West Mullan Avenue to the pump station at
University Avenue and U.S. Highway 63, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
,-- and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
