that the Application for use of Highway Right-of-Way for
1 n Utilities Accommodation dated October 2, 1989, to connect a storm

sewer to an inlet on U.S. 218 at Midway Drive to serve a proposed

car wash on Midway Drive, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1989.
