BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Contract, Application of Supplemental
Contract and Consent of Bondsman of Fred Carlson Company, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the Hackett Road Project, IX-6585( 7) --79-07 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 2nd day
of October, 1989, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Seaboard
Surety Company, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1989.
