WHEREAS, U.S. West Communications of Waterloo, Iowa, has
w under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Ansborough
Avenue South, IX-6615( 6) -79-07 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of
Agreement Work be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1989.
