RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR STORM SEWER
AND SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES AND SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Plans for Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewerage
Facilities, and the Sewage Treatment Agreement for the Orlis
Smith Car Wash, located at University and Midway Drive, dated
October 2, 1989, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1989.
