RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL AND GARBAGE FOR 303-305 IOWA STREET AND
613 ANTHONY STREET FOR PARCELS SOLD AT COUNTY AUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling special assessments for sewage disposal and
garbage levied against 303-305 Iowa Street and 613 Anthony Street, which
parcels were sold at County Auction on May, 10, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO,IOWA, that the following assessments and penalties be and the
same hereby canceled and that the Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby
directed to notify the County Treasurer of said cancellations.
