RESOLUTION NO. 1989-544
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1990
INTERCITY INTERCEPTOR, STAGE VII , WEST FIFTH TO PUMPING
STATION, CONTRACT NO. 377 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1990
Intercity Interceptor, Stage VII , West Fifth to Pumping Station,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 377; and
- WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the FY 1990 Intercity
Interceptor, Stage VII , West Fifth to Pumping Station, known as
Contract No. 377, which were preliminarily approved on September
--, .18- 1989; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
1989, and no objections were made.

° t NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

c‘,7 WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1990 Intercity
Interceptor, Stage VII , West Fifth to Pumping Station, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 377 , be, and the
- same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1989.
