RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
THE BONANZA FAMILY STEAKHOUSE LOCATED AT 2027
CROSSROADS BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
_ . WHEREAS, Bonanza Family Steakhouse, 2027 Crossroads
_ Boulevard, has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo,
- Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment for a 17 foot by 59
foot addition to existing building to provide for 18 additional
seats.

WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the nature
of said above mentioned minor site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
Bonanza Family Restaurant, 2027 Crossroads Boulevard., be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th. day of October, 1989, and
approved by the Mayor this llth day of October, 1989.
