RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF WATERLOO FISCAL YEAR
1989 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL
TO THE AUDITOR OF THE STATE OF IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that:
The Fiscal Year 1989 Annual Financial Report of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as required by Iowa Code 384 . 22, be and the same
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be and the
same hereby directed to transmit said report to the Auditor of
the State of Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1989.
