RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO PREDESIGN AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH RELOCATED U.S. HIGHWAY 218, IX- 218-7 ( 59, 60,
78}--3P-07 , AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Predesign Agreement dated October 9 , 1989,
for storm sewers for Relocated U.S. Highway 218, IX-218-7 ( 59, 60,
78) --3P-07, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October , 1989.
