HH BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Detour Agreement dated October 9, 1989, for the detour

of U.S. Highway 63 traffic onto Park Avenue, Commercial Street
and Jefferson Street in conjunction with FY 1990 Intercity
Interceptor, Stage VII , West Fifth to Pumping Station, Contract
No. 377, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1989.
