RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF ROBERT AND MARGARET EHLERS, DBA
COVER-ALL TO REZONE FROM "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING A PARCEL
OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
MIDWAY DRIVE AND RICHLAND DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY TWO
BLOCKS SOUTH OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE, AS NOVEMBER 6, 1989,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 6th day of November, 1989,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Robert and Margaret Ehlers, dba Cover-All to rezone from "R-2"
One and Two Family Residence District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning
a parcel of land generally located at the southeast corner of
Midway Drive and Richland Drive, approximately two blocks south
of University Avenue and legally described as follows:

Lot W 87 , Cedarloo Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier..
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1989.
