7-1 WFIEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
H neetPin the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
. Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 6th day of November, 1989,
..fOr the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
Super 8, for a waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated
U.S. 218 Corridor to landscape property located at 1825 LaPorte
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
